Love this place! Sandwiches are delicious and the French fries are just incredible. I got a Cheese steak this time but another favorite of mine is the chicken teriyaki sub it is real good.

I always get the Philly steak sub and each time it has been hot and delicious but this location on Steelecreek for some reason always gives me tiny pieces of fries. Pieces  that looks like they are left in fry bin, just seems like bottom of the bag frieseven though they are supposedly freshly hand cutIt is frustrating. They have done it about three times. Next time I go I will inform whoever makes it to make sure I am getting whole cut fries. Cost enough to receive what I’m paying for. On another note even though their cookies are $2.50 per cookie, they are absolutely delicious!!

I love the Penn Station on East Blvd for their service and hot/fresh food. I was disappointed at this Steele Creek location. The fries were cold and ill-proportioned. Plus no malt vinegar.

12/7 evening-Staff was meh..  There was an apron thrown on the floor under the soda machine as if to soak up a spill. Everything was sticky and dirty feeling; the tables, the trays, the floor. The floor was so gross I couldn't even get my footing to scoot into the booth. As if the appearance of the place wasn't enough, the food came out looking sad. The subs were so bare. I told my kids I would've rather fed the 40.00 cash to our pets than spend it there. Very disappointed. It wasn't like this before. I won't be back. The three of us could've gone to outback and each gotten a 6oz sirloin, bread, salad and a side for the same price as this place. When we got to the car both my kids asked for hand sanitizer and that says a lot because they often have no issue eating food they've dropped on the floor.

Always the best philly cheesesteak around! Fries are fresh cut and delicious.  They made a mistake on my sandwich and gave me an upgrade including a bigger sandwich and bigger fries.  They made it right.  Great service!

Cheesesteak is phenomenal. Staff were delightful.

I love their fries and the fact that they are not shy with the portions.  They have delicious homemade lemonade. My favorite sandwich is the Artichoke sandwich.  Parking: Plenty of parking.

The food is decent here. Penn Station is average when it comes to subs. Most, if not all of the subs are served hot and toasted. The fries are really good. In my opinion the fries are the best reason to visit this shop. One thing that stands out that I don't see in many of the local competitors is that the staff was continuously cleaning and making the place near and presentable. The current good score was above ninety-five, which is a reflection of the aforementioned cleanliness. If half a star could be added I would rate a 3.5.
