Got a large byo veggie so I could swap out mayo/1000 island in the Garden Party sub for mustard and add a few extra veggies. The picture of the regular Garden Party sub has five standard slices of tomato and five standard slices of cucumber. For a large remember, I received four half slices of tomato, two paper thin cucumbers, and four slices of olives--so not even one whole olive, and none of the extra veggies I listed. The majority of the sub was just a mess of tube squeezed 'avocado' and red onion, 'yum.' Only one person in front of me and no one waiting. Chains have standards to make it easy for employees--evidently this chain does not. Worst sandwich I've ever tasted and aggravatingly threw away more than half. I hate that I wish I hadn't tipped. Will not be back to this location or any other Which Wich location. Good job repping your chain.
Love the wednesday special, the APP to place an order and for me fits place order, get in car , arrive and pick up and walk out. Easy and swift. On few occasion its a minute wait and the quality and taste are great. During a work day so nice and fast as the are close by, simply perfect.Food: 5/5
The cashier is always super attentive and polite. She definitely goes above and beyond for the customer. The sandwiches never disappoint and their mountain dew is very good.Food: 5/5
I just paid $14 for a Cali wrap with rotten avocados. Black mush. Should have been thrown out 3 days ago. Very frustrating to come home to eat and pretty much have to throw it out.
This is my first time ever having Which Wich. 3 stars because the customer service was excellent! The subs however were terrible! The meat was like Oscar Mayer chopped ham and Turkey! Not what I was expecting from a sandwich shop charging an arm and leg for subs! This is not my style of deli meat! My husband loved his though. Will return for him.
Would have gave 1 star, but I assume the lady that was apologetic to me about the issue was the manager so I give an extra star for her customer service. However I went in for a BYOS. Filled paper out and received my sub that was poorly made due to large amount of lettuce put on it which was hanging all out the sub I wish a room a picture before giving sun back. The employee that made my sub also put black olives on my sub and I did not bark black olives to be on my sub. The manager was apologetic about the error, however once the new sub was made the employee had the nerve to make a snarky comment m, saying along the lines that “you can see how it looks like he marked black olives”, and my issues with that was why are you showing aggression and attitude about something so minor that’s easy to fix? And DOING/SAYING THIS IN FROMT OF THE CUSTOMER!! This was terrible experience that had me waiting nearly 20/30 minutes to get Amy correct sub.
They always have great food. And this one has a great manager. She might be the manager he could be the owner but he does a great job keeping that place straight.Food: 5/5
Online ordering is an absolute nightmare. Took 20 minutes to know if my order was actually accurate, then they stopped taking online orders. Nice one!
This was my first time at Which Wich and I will definitely be back! There are options to create your own sandwich or have one of their special sandwiches--I opted to split the Reuben and the Ultimate BLT with a friend and it was a great decision! Both had great flavor and did not skimp on the meat, the sandwich bread was warm and soft, and they were wrapped neatly creating minimal mess while eating. Service was quick and friendly, and this location also had plenty of parking and ample indoor and outdoor seating, all of which is always a plus!
Yummm...the bread is what makes the sandwich and their wheat bread is fresh, soft on the inside , crusty on the outside & delicious! Good and quick service. In and out quickly.
