Went here this afternoon for a bite with the family. I had the Buffalo Barclay with artichoke and chicken soup, and my wife had the Original Carol with broccoli no bacon.  Both in sandwich form. It was really nice. The buffalo had a nice hum, which was unexpected but very welcome, and the soup was warm and comforting, very comfort foody. I also like that they provided a dill pickle spear and a small cookie along with the meal. It was really a great, relatively, cheap meal out that I didn't feel too overly guilty about. I will definitely be back. Oh, and before I forget, the staff were extremely nice, well spoken, and patient with us and the other customers. Some of the best customer service I have come across in Charlotte.  Vegetarian options: From what I can tell, everything has chicken in it, not great for vegetarians and especially not vegan friendly.  Kid-friendliness: They have a very nice and fairly healthy kids menu that allows you to choose any chicken salad they want but it&#39;s only half a scoop instead of a whole scoop.  Parking: It&#39;s in a shopping center, so loads of good parking. Spots are a bit small fyi. Large vehicles may find it a bit claustrophobic.

this place has the best chicken salad! my favorite flavors is the classical carol and if you want something more on the sweet side the olivia’s old south has a perfect blend of egg and sweet pickle. i get it on a croissant with L & T, you can get a side too but the sandwich alone is a whole meal! that avgs. $6-$8. the meal is closer to $10-$12.

Stuck deciding between 2 stars or 3. Here's the thing, it's good. The staff was friendly. Place was clean. But my struggle. It's pricey and your quantity is subpar and the flavor isn't STRONG, which may not be what everyone wants but I wanted to really TASTE the flavors I chose. I also thought paying almost $9 I'd have at least an inch of chicken salad on the sandwich. Just my thoughts. Again, it's good just not good enough to warrant me personally spending that kind of money.

Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars because you haven't done anything wrong to my meals and I do order from you atleast twice a week for lunch..... but TODAY you get 2 stars!!! Why am I only getting half a bowl of soup and half a bowl of mac and cheese? When I paid for a whole bowl? And the mac and cheese... disgusting! It was old and seems like it was just reheated and then given to me. I would have loved the soup if I had more than 4 spoonfuls yanno. And I'm not complaining about my sandwich.. that part of my meal is always good.. Do better with your sides tho!!

I usually don't like ordering chicken salad out because I don't like it too dry or too watery. This was such a wonderful experience. I got the Jalapeño Holly BLT, and it tastes so fresh. And the toast didn't get soggy. If you like spice, I highly recommend it. Will be coming back!Food: 5/5

I went there for the first time with my wife and it definitely is a "chick" place.  Loved your signs in the men's bathroom and I can see where that could help a lot of guys. May want to consider giving husbands a little bit larger portion of chicken salad if you want them to bring their wives back there again.

Ordered 2 slices of the pumpkin cheesecake and they were legit like 4 bites of cheesecake each. I also ordered the large fancy Nancy and it has no apples in it at all! I called about the cheesecake and the fancy Nancy and the manager said “I just made the fancy Nancy and put a ton of apples in there so maybe you got a scoop that didn’t have any” I’m like ok…she’s like ok well I’m sorry about that. Like I just spent $20 and got baby slices of pumpkin cheesecake and my chicken salad with no apples….I usually come here pretty often but I won’t be back for a while.

Got the jalapeño Holly per the cashier r recommendation and it was delicious. Sandwich came with a side I got pasta salad, pickle and a tasty buttermilk cream cookie.  Food came fast. Two thumbs up.

I've been to several other Chicken Salad Chick restaurants and this one is identical.  Pros: Quick service, good tasting food, and numerous menu choices. Con: Their cookies has changed and it's not a good change. Prices have increased for the same amount of food.

Food delicious. It took some time to order and receive the food.  It seemed shorter staffed than they would have liked. Food was worth the wait. Fancy Nancy on the croissant. And soup.Food: 5/5
