I bought a 10 inch phillysteak and it do not come with enough meat for the price, and the fries did not taste fresh it's like the grease  or oil they cook them in was old and slightly burned.  Here is a picture of part of my 10 inch steak sandwich. ..it's mainly made of onions mushrooms and peppers it's so thin.

The young lady with glasses and red hair was so sweet and accommodating. My boyfriend didn't have the extra toppings we had requested and she was very apologetic and polite and went to fix it immediately. Employees checked on us consistently as they went around cleaning up the dining room. The staff also seemed so work well as a team. They were talkative and happy. If this place was full service these employees would make amazing tips. What's a small mistake when you're genuinely happy and pleasant to your guests?? Great job guys! Keep up the good work :)

It's always a treat to grab some grub from this spot. I've been to a couple different Penn Stations but this one is special. Employees are usually on point and the food is always good. Love the "grilled vegetarian." It goes down @ 3257 Steelyard Drive ;) Hahaha

Absolutely love this place the food is great and the employees are all so nice! If I could eat this everyday I would so glad my husband took me here I love their food!
