For a long time I have been looking for solid wood dining table and chairs. I visited many different furniture stores. Whatever has been offered wasn't good quality and was substandard. Finally I was pointed in direction of Penwood Furniture stores in Ancaster and Morriston. At both of those locations I had an excellent experience. They offer the highest quality furniture at very reasonable prices. The store stuff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy that I found that store. I am fully satisfied with my purchases. Delivery was very prompt and right on time. I would strongly recommend Penwood Furniture to anybody.

We would never ever buy anything from them again. We spent $11K for the dining set. After 6 months, they still delivered unfinished and dusty with scratches everywhere. We had already paid so we were stuck with it but it is a lesson learned, not to buy from Penwood ever! I had to finish the hutch myself after they delivered it incomplete the second time around. Workmanship is a crap. They did not even bother to fill the crack when they were drilling to make a hole for a light switch in the hutch. I had to rebuild one of chairs because the builder made a mistake in nailing the top cushion and tried to duct tape the mistake instead of properly fixing it. Unbelievable! I can't believe they are still in business! I assume they always get a sucker like me to survive.
