Had a coupon and came in because of the reviews. They took my truck and gave me a detailed inspection of my brakes and suggested what I needed. I didn't hesitate. They did the work in no time. Very friendly and honest from what I expected. They seem to get right to work and will give you feedback as needed. They're communications online is more professional than most dealers with records, work done, etc. Full vehicle inspections are completed with service and warranties are above expectations. Will come back with other cars I own. Give it a try.

Came into Reliable today, and the the lady at the front. Wasn't your typical receptionist she was an ASE certified herself. She found out what I needed. Got me a quote and ETA. The manager then came in sat with me and explained what the charge would be, and why. They got me in in a timely manner. Its Memorial Day weekend  and they were busy for good reason. I leveled my F 150 myself and had a super positive camber. Got me a great price, and I was super happy. Dillon was the technician who take care of me and took the time to do the measurement for me as I was sitting nose high. To tell me the lift I need in the back was 2 inches. Again while we waited receptionist asked my 4 year old what movie he would like to watch as we waited? Put it on for him immediately, and asked me if it was okay to give him a sucker brought a bucket to him. To have him pick the specific on he would like and was super patient with him as he was quite indecisive being 4. Which I was amazed by as I could see she was so busy. Again super fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, genuine personal people! Couldn't ask for more, and I will return whenever I need something done! Glad I found this little gem right here across from Jordan Commons! I really never leave reviews like this. I am outside of the facility right now taking time out of my day to leave a review. The care that was taken for me today demanded it. Hope this helps whoever is looking. Happy Memorial Day Weekend everybody!!!!

Troy and Brent truly went the extra mile for us when we had to do some pretty big unexpected repairs the day before we were supposed to leave for family vacation. They treated us so well, and they stayed late to do great work same day. I will definitely bring my car here anytime we need repairs!

While having new tires installed for my son's car on at Discount Tires they said he needed three new lug nut studs on one tire, even before they could install the last tire. I was recommended to have the car towed and repaired at Reliable Auto Mechanics. By the time the tow truck arrived and the car was delivered it was 10 minutes until they closed. The owner and an employee stayed after their closing time to repair the vehicle for us! On top of that they were over 60% cheaper than other quotes I received! High quality work, great pricing, and they went up and over anything they needed to dour ... so amazing customer service! Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back for other work I need done!

Consumers need to be aware that any deals they are buying for a brake pad replacement will not include the cost of rotor resurfacing which is mandatory, regardless of the current wear of the brake pads being replaced. This was not an issue of me having bad rotors that needed replacement (of which additional cost is specified in the deal). Overall pricing is fair but without including additional required costs in the terms and conditions you are creating a bait and switch model.
