Took my truck into Firestone for an alignment after putting a mild lift on it.   Upon receiving the truck back the first thing I noticed was that the steering wheel which had been at 11 o'clock when driving straight on the way there was now at 10 o'clock. I was headed out of town to go elk hunting and didn't have time to take it back. While I traveled on the freeway and on the mountain roads I noticed the steering center continued to change so I knew something was seriously wrong. I jacked the truck up and climbed under to inspect the lower control arms and eccentric bolts that they had to loosen to do the alignment. The first thing I saw was that the adjustment tabs had been flattened. And as I suspected ALL of the lower control arm bolts had been left completely loose, the first one on the drivers side front I could turn with my fingers! These are to be torqued to 100 lb. feet so there is no way these just happened to come loose. I was pulling a trailer with my truck so this kind of stupidity could have caused me a serious accident. I have not gone back to Firestone after this because I know there would be a rather nasty confrontation.  And I've waited weeks to leave this review so it wasn't completely laced with profanity. This was the 2nd alignment I attempted to have done on my "Lifetime Alignment" package which he informed me was not good on my new truck. That's fine, I can understand that. What I can't understand is why they left one bolt loose on my 1st alignment as well! Hearing a clunk as I turned the wheel I climbed under and tightened a bolt they had left loose. An employee under pressure missing one bolt, even if it's a critical one, I can forgive, but leaving them all loose, as they did this time, is beyond belief. This makes 0 for 2 on alignments I've had from Firestone. It completely boggles my mind how a shop this incompetent can stay in business! Am I angry? You're damn right I am! Congrats Firestone, for $175 of my hard earned money all I got was problems from you!

This place is without a doubt the BIGGEST ripoff of a company. I went in just to replace a tire and they called me after doing an "ICO" and tried to tell me that I needed to replace the radiator, the air conditioning pump, and $600 to replace my car computer cover. You told me my car was leaking radiator fluid ( it's not). They tried to scare me to think that if I drove that car that could be a deathtrap. My total bill would've come to around $2000. I had them replace the tire and rim which cost $268. I then took my car to the dealership. The dealership mentioned that there were no problems other than the cover to the computer. They order the cover and it will be paid for by the warranty. So don't ever under any circumstance is take your car there unless you feel like getting a good raping!!!!

I am a fan. They were straight up with me, didn't try to sell me any crazy additional services and were super nice guys! 10/10 Would go again ☺️
