I want to say that my family and I have used Firestone for years. This Jamboree location almost exclusively. Besides a few instances of being overcharged, we had no issues until my last appointment. It was for an oil change, and we’ve gone there long enough that we get free tire rotation and fluid top-off. I’ve found unless I expressly remind them, they don’t do it. This last time, I purposely left low windshield wiper fluid to see if they’re doing it at all. They’re not. The main reason for this one star review? You seem to be under new management at this location. Twice now, you’ve tried to get me to do an add-on service I don’t need. This time, your manager tried to claim my engine air filter was disgusting, had a nest inside the cover, and was going to be $125 to replace. It sounded like this manager tried to find anything wrong with my car; he literally read from a checklist. Today I go to replace my air filter; literally $10 from Amazon and a minute of labor. Not only was my old filter not remotely disgusting, THERE WAS NO NEST OF PINE NEEDLES present. This is the last straw for me. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Eric is awesome. I always did my own vehicle maintenance, but after meeting him when I was looking for some Blizzaks I decided to turn everything over to him. 

He has not disappointed. He knows what my cars need and he knows when I am going overboard with unnecessary repairs. If you want your vehicle to kee running safely the. Come see Eric and the guys at the Chapel Hills location. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Hit a curb and got a flat in my '99 4Runner on a road trip. When I got back to Colorado Springs I went to see these guys and they gave me a great deal on two new tires and re-mounted my spare for me. Loyal customer of about 5 years wanting to show my appreciation!

We've been going to this store since 1994 and felt like we've always gotten excellent service, but my most recent visit has concerned me.  Firestone used to perform a courtesy check (complete with a checklist) to identify any problems with your car.  Better to help you care for your car and creates more business for them.  I just got off the phone with Eugene (who was very nice) and was informed that this detailed inspection is no longer done, but is an additional service for $10.  I wish this decreased level of service was communicated to me as I would have happily paid for this service and avoided the low brake fluid situation in two of our three cars.  I know good service in this day and age is getting rarer and rarer, but as a single mom of two teenagers, I depended on Firestone to keep my kids and myself safe.  It is just disappointing to see when a company cuts a service that is beneficial to both the customer, in terms of safety, and the company itself, in terms of potential additional revenue.
