These people are great. I was early for my appointment and they took me early. They're so caring and attentive to all  the animals that come in to see them. I would recommend the PetSmart Vet Clinic to everyone. I was from our if town and they solved my pets problem. Thank you very much.

If I could give the Pet Hotel no stars..., I would.  I brought my dog (1 year old poodle/bichon mix) in for the first time this past weekend (Sept. 16th to stay for one night, but they offered me the second night free)and checked in with Leslie. She was very nice and sweet towards Buttons and I felt comfortable.  She let him kiss all in her mouth.  But it was a different story when we picked Buttons up, he was so frantic to get away from the clerk and run to my husband.  The clerk told us that he was already brought out to pee.  When the clerk tried taking her collar off of him, he peed.  He kept trying to get away from her.  When we stepped outside, Buttons peed again!  Then on the way to the grass, he peed again!  Then once we got him to the grass, he peed for a good 50 seconds!!!  Then, once we started walking back to the car, he pooped in the parking lot.  We walked some more and he pooped on the cement again!!!  This has never happened to him before.  I don't know what happened at the pet hotel, but no way they took him out to pee and poop!!  We picked him up a little after 11am!  The clerk said he only nibbled at his food.  We will NEVER bring him to this pet hotel.  He was horrified.  He was not himself when we got home.  He is a rescue pet, so he is used to being in a shelter around other dogs.  I don't know what these people did to him.  I did notice poop in different spots smeared in the parking lot.  It might be from other dogs that was frantic to get out of there!!!

Everyone here is so nice and so earger to help us! I mean this one is better than the one in corpus by 10. Yes 10. This place has many spots that were not empty and needed ordering unlike the one in corpus! Loved it!!!

this store just have the worst customer service.  good luck trying book appointments, using coupons or asking for military/senior discounts. the staff will just not help you and the store managers are just rude. I will not shop at petsmart again.

I went so far to buy food for my pet and they ended up not having it at all. Inside the building it is nice but right before you enter, there is dog poop smeared all over the floor. Disgusting.
