Local, non chain business. Prices are a little bit high. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Times I have been there, there were: hedgehogs, chameleons, parrots, parakeets, finches, ferrets, hamsters, sometimes cats, fish, snakes, lizards, and more... They have quality dog, cat, bird, fish food and more.
I use the grooming service in the back for my 25lb pup. We usually get a nail trim for her here and the girls working there do a great job. They are careful, patient and experienced. We have also gotten a trim for our dog as well, which they did well with.
Would recommend checking it out. Support local business!

You guys have to clean this place! I walked in and it literally took my breath away and I had to throw up. With two dogs of my own I am frequently visiting pet stores for toys, treats, and supplies and this is by far the worst smelling one I’ve ever been in. If I could even get over the smell I don’t know that I trust the open supplies you all have based on the cleanliness of place.

Local, Great Prices, the people that work there are friendly well-informed and seem to really like working there. Family owned. I'm honestly surprised that they are able to maintain such competitive prices yet have exceptional service.

Great store for reptile supplies, and they are one of only two stores in Tampa that carry live feeders that I know of. The feeders are healthy too, and you can tell they are well cared for. They also have a grooming service, and offer do it yourself grooming where you can rent their grooming room. I always drive the extra time it takes for me to get here. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable too. Best Pet store in town!

This place is the place to go to get the best quality food for any pet. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love everything about it.
