Took my 2 schnauzer mix dogs for grooming, and my small one came out with a bleeding nail. Neither one had been blowdried, so my shirt has very short dog hair all over it from shedding. I would NOT recommend this place for grooming.

First and last time I walk in here.. as soon as I walk into the store I step in pee.. all the workers are in the office talking when I asked them where the bathroom was they said all the way in the back. No direction at all.. by the way it's not all the way in the back.. it's about halfway back in the left corner because all the way in the back is their extra storage space.. I told them to clean the p ee up and they didn't even apologize. Didn't head in that direction. Just kept talking. Needless to say I caused a scene.

I called and got great pricing over the phone and the young lady over the phone told me exactly what information they needed to groom both of my cats. They like to see the updated Rabies record with an expiration for it. I got there and they were very prompt and took both my cats and immediately connected with them which is very important for me since both my cats are very cuddly and love people. I dropped them off, ran some errands and came back to 2 great smelling kitties and Alice was so great in recommending just what I needed for them. Larry and Stella have found their furever groomer!

In 2014, my Petsmart pet perks emails started being addressed to Terrance. Also, when I went to the store and put my number in the keypad, it came up as Terrance. I emailed customer service and they replied and said they corrected it. Here it is 2018 and I am still receiving live person phone calls and robo calls from people looking for Terrance. Beware!! They sell your information!!!

The in store staffing is great, the grooming however is not! I’ve been taking my dog to get a nail trim here, but the most recent time we went they refused our service. I’m not sure what they did to my dog, but he is traumatized of nail trimmers now, ever since they called me and told me “we just couldn’t cut his nails, he wouldn’t let us” my dog is just terrified of nail trimmers! They’ve cut his nails before with no problem! When you walk in the vibe is horrible, they act like you’re bothering them by bringing your dog there. Worst place to go to !
