Love their free puppy playtime class. Super helpful and friendly staff!  And you can price match anything to their online site (frequently cheaper), but still be able to shop in store, get it right away, and not pay for shipping.

I want to thank Joe for his expert knowledge in nutrition to help me choose a new food for my aging Norwegian Forest Cat. Lars has had the same diet for all of his 9 years, but started having some stomach and dry skin problems recently. The food he recommended immediately cleared his tummy problems, and the dry skin has been clearing up as I change over. Thank you so much!!! - Lori

Always fun to go look at the ferrets when going to pick up food or supplies for my daughter’s Bearded Dragon or for our Pomeranians + they always have a bunch of cute things for outfits or toys for pets. I go there a couple times a month. Always a good experience & never had an issue if I had to return something!

Clean. Well stocked. Helpful staff in adequate number. Reasonable prices. A Rewards program which is actually beneficial.

The staff here is awesome.  Everyone is helpful and friendly.  Ava groomed my dog yesterday and I cannot get over how fantastic she did.  Thank you so much!
