Employees are always friendly and helpful.
Facility is clean and uncluttered.
Parking, watch out. People fly through like it's their personal drive through.
Have not been to the groomers, but they always seem to have fur babies getting pretty.

Don't buy any natural wood-based products from this (or maybe any) Petco. Something is not right with their distribution or storage of these products because, after buying one of their "natural driftwood" props for my DRY terrarium, I found myself with a major mold epidemic within several days. Mind you, I treat all props and decorations with an anti-bacterial/fungal cleaner before putting them in my terrarium - and this one even claimed to be pre-sterilized. I've NEVER had a mold problem...until I bought and added this item from their store. Now I have to throw out and/or sanitize everything inside because the mold is everywhere. It started growing on this one item and then quickly spread to everything else. I also used to buy crickets from this store until I realized that no matter how recent their shipment, most of them are D.O.A. This is a terrible store to shop for your pets. If there is mold in a product on the shelf that was pre-sterilized by the manufacturer, you better bet that there are mold spores on/in everything else in that store, including the food supplies! Despite being across the street from me, I will never shop here again.

Wouldn't take my dog !! They wouldn't even see the dog! Said cause he just turned 11. What kind of crazy place is this! Never even heard of that. I think they just didn't want to work.

Great staff in the grooming department to give my dog very well. Staff at checkout was also very knowledgeable about the discounts that they offered for my grooming services which saved me 22 dollars.
