I appreciate their customer service. I walked in and was greeted by 2 employees. While I was searching for the stuff for my pets I was asked TWICE if I needed anything. They even guided me to where I could find the stuff I needed. I work retail and I know what it's like to give good service and I appreciate when I am treated with the same service I give. There has been multiple times where I go to a store and the employees ignore me or pretend like they don't hear me. Never ask if I need help or acknowledge me. Thank you! Great customer service is hard to find and I appreciate it. It's the little things that go a long way. 😁

Pet Supplies Plus on Mockingbird is as good as it gets when it comes to customer service and a wide variety of healthy products for me and my four legged best friend. The selection is great and the service I received from the cashier Pattie was phenomenal, she was very attentive and detail oriented as well as making it a fun environment for customers while staying very professional, even with a full store! Great place, would definitely recommend to any animal lover like me!

I'm here to report 1 star because an employee deliberately hid my belongings (a wallet which contained my iPhone 10, debit card, credit card, and car keys) behind items on a shelf and never fessed up or even pretended to find it as I was frantically searching. By sheer luck, I just so happened to look the very place they were hidden (bottom shelf, in the very back behind a few rows of canned dog food). I called the manager only to find myself even more disappointed - she seemed very nonchalant about it all and didn't suggest she would take the steps to investigate and ensure that the employee would face repercussions for their actions. Bummer.
