Both of our dogs Kaiser and Cupcake get occasional grooming done here and always come back looking great and smelling great as well. Such a friendly staff too. This place is always reliable and trustworthy proving once again that style, hospitality and courteousness thrives in the heart of downtown dallas!

Do not go here for grooming or bathing your dog. My medium size dog was supposedly bathed but came out with the exact same dirt marks on his fur. Stains that I could and did brush off myself later. I seriously think all they did was spray something on because he didn't look or smell as clean as every other groomer I've been to and was still damp. They expect payment before bringing your dog upfront. You are better off traveling a little farther than going here.

My dogs have been going here for years. They always fit us into their schedule, do a great job and my dogs love going here! I highly recommend them, especially if you live downtown

Prices for baths are very reasonable and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. My dog will literally pull me into the store when we are walking by to stop in. They have a selection of high quality dog foods and treats that are made in the USA. Overall great place!

The the cut was absolutely awful!!!! I could have done that.....it was uneven, blotchy around the legs and his tail was cut weird....I will not be back or refer anyone there to cut their baby......mine even with a scarf looks a mess....sorry I wanted to give them a great review because of the kind staff but unfortunately the groomer does NOT know how to groom a Shihtzu. And I was charged the price of a high qualified groomer of which the groomer is not, for a Shihtzu anyway. If I knew how to post a pic, I would . It's totally embarrassing for me and the poor dog. His hair is close to a chihuahua now. Won't have to groom or cut him for atleast 2 months. guess I'll have to drive back out to my old groomer in Plano that knows how to Fluff and cut a Shihtzu.
