Some very nice and knowledgeable staff. But one girl would barely get off her phone to help. Was there mostly to look at fish tanks, but bought plenty for the doggies and kitties. Could probably sell more fish tanks if they would make a little effort to merchandise and help give good ideas for what a tank might look like.

We've taken our dog to get groomed there several times over the years, and sometimes it's not perfect but overall ok. But today was just terrible all around. When I dropped him off the girl looked over what he got last time and confirmed it was all the same, and I said yes and leave some hair on top like a Mohawk, which he always gets, and she said ok. When we went to get him, there were 7 salon employees in the salon, 3 dogs being worked on, and no one acknowledging us and the other ladies who were clearly there to pick up our dogs, and kept talking about going out and partying. Then eventually when they hit a stopping point, one turns to us and asks who we're picking up. Once we got him in the car and calmed down, I could actually look at him and see he didn't have a Mohawk, it's like they took scissors to the hair on his head and randomly cut some chunks out. He looks like he's balding over the whole top of his head!! Then I see they cut part of the hair under his mouth on one side and not the other, the hair on his belly is all choppy. We will never take him back there!!! He looks like a diseased homeless dog now! The groomer's name was Christina, and we got a text that they automatically booked him to come back next month. No.

I took two of my dogs here for a bath and to get their nails clipped. The good: Both dogs did get their bath. They appeared happy and not stressed. That’s what the 2 stars is for. The bad: The 2-3 hour quote for the bath seemed ridiculous, as we had made an appointment and showed on time. They hadn’t been brushed out (with heelers it’s obvious if they’d been brushed out) One of the dogs who DID get her nails trimmed, they were all uneven and unpolished, with a few toes overlooked. The other dog hadn’t even gotten his nails trimmed at all and with his thick blunt nails it was apparent they hadn’t been touched. I asked the groomer if he’d gotten his nails trimmed cuz they look the same to me. He confirmed yes, the clip went great. I didn’t want any drama so I paid and took them home and on closer examination - no clipped nails. I’m not taking my pups back here.

Very Bad Customer Service I took my dog to get a trim & get to help with her shredding on her hair. When I went to pick her up only her back legs were cut not the front they dragged my dog through all the hair & brought other dogs hair to my home. Never taking my dog back again.

Dog attendants are very friendly and Sammy is always happy to come and leave. Great fun for him super tried when home
