I took my small dog to her gromming appointment and witch I have taken her many times before with no issues and when I got there it turns out they couldn't take her in because she has arthritis in the back of her legs and in order to take her in she has to be able to stand on her own. I told them I have brought her in many times before with no issues and I wanted to speak to the manager. They tried to make my dog walk when I told them she can't walk because of her arthritis. The manager arrived and did nothing. Three women standing there not doing anything and being on their phones couldn't take my dog because she has arthritis...? Wow I'm so disappointed in the lack of service and the waste of my time. I'm glad I didn't spend any money on that kind of service my baby needs real professionals not people who didn't feel like working that day.

I had to get a fish for a project and I told them that. The fish was going to be put in a 2 liter soda bottle so they refused to sell me the fish. I understand they don't want the fish to die but they literally put some of their fish in super tiny containers smaller than what I would put mine in so I don't see the problem.SO my friend goes to buy it bc we need it for our project and they refuse to sell it to her bc "she hasn't conditioned the water" WHATTTTT so yeah don't try to be something for petco bc they'll refuse to give it to u just bc they don't want to

Its a nice place to get your accessories but the fish are unhealthy and mostly dying and have diseases.
