Aaron is amazing! He makes sure everything is in order and make sure my experience every day is a happy one! He goes beyond to make sure we have everything we need to make our pets happy and safe! James is awesome! So patient, kind and knowledgeable of what he is selling. I go there 2 times a week, I have a lot of dogs and pets. One thing is the first impression when you enter the store! This girl is always smiling and so inviting, she makes sure She informs me of offers, she is amazing! Always smiling!! Keep it up Petco!!

James went above and beyond in helping me choose what type of food would work best with my dog and his skin issues! Aaron has also been extremely helpful in my many trips to the store. Keep up the good work guys!

We just recently adopted a dog and visited this store for supplies.  We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to help us.  We will be regular customers!

Edited Aug 23 to add - We took the Adult Level 1 training course for our small dog and he just "graduated" last week.  Brandon is a great trainer, very patient and passionate about what he does.  My husband and I both enjoyed the classes, learned a lot, and we have a better behaved little dog now.

The trainer Brandon is very rude and disrespectful. Wasn't willing to work with my dog because he is a shy shelter puppy. All the other employees are very nice, but my business will be taken elsewhere.
