Frustrating experience today with Grooming Salon Manager Stephanie, with whom we had an appointment to groom Aggie. First, she was late. Then as we were checking in, my dog was really acting nervous and crying. I mentioned that her anxiety pill must not have worked. Well, Miss Manager Stephanie refused to take Aggie, citing a policy that they couldn't work on a dog that was on any medication except what came from Pet Smart. I feel that this pill prescribed by a vet would be safer than an over the counter. And it was more of an organic, natural pill that she chewed 3 hours before. Anyway, we walked out, ending what usually had been positive experiences for all of us. The way Aggie was acting today, she may have sensed that she didn't like Manager Stephanie and avoided a stressful experience for her.

Had my dog groomed. Aleisha did a fabulous job!!! Well- stocked store and friendly staff! Will definitely return.

Volunteer there. Take care of cats in their adoption center. You can find just about anything you need for your pets, birds.,and reptiles n fish. There employees are friendly,courtous and willing to help you with anything you need. If they don't have it there they will order it on line for you and get it in a couple of days very clean store. Nice management too.

They have a variety of different pet supplies that makes it convenient especially for people like me. I have cats, rabbits, chinchillas, sugar glider, conures, and 1 dog, so the one store shop cuts down the time going from one place to another.
