I used to absolutely love this store, but now I'm not so sure. We had a terrible incident with my dog getting groomed there. The first time she got groomed she looked amazing. The 2nd time was a terrible experience! We had specific directions on how we liked her groomed, which the groomer repeated back to me word for word... but when I picked up my dog she looked awful! They didn't follow my instructions at all. The barely shaved her at all, and the spots they did were all patchy and not blended well at all. We then called to complain, where the groomer then gave us lots of attitude and was extremely rude. He told us that apparently his manager told him not to follow our directions because it would be too short for our dog. Really? He then told us he would fix it for us for free. Fast forward a few days later I drop off my dog to get groomed. 20 MINUTES later I got told that my dog was ready. 20 minutes? Are you kidding me? I'm not sure how the managed to make my dog look worse, but they did. Then I had to call the manager and take my dog back a 3rd time to get groomed! Luckily they finally got it right the 3rd time. Love this store, but would not recommend it for grooming.

Great customer service. But I won't be returning after paying nearly $50 on fleas medications for my dog when Amazon carries the same exact brand for $22.

Tyler is awesome! My dog has been groomed at this location a couple of times but has never looked as great as he did when Tyler took care of him today. Will be returning to see him!

Knowledgeable staff, good variety of supplies and fish, and it was a convenient location for dog obedience classes when I adopted my rescue.
