Extremely Friendly and Knowledgeable. Really Care about All your pets. If they don't know the answer, they are not ashamed to ask & find out. Also have an adoption program for cats and kittens.Thank you Ladies that work there.😊 If you go here once, you will Recommend to a friend or neighbors.

I use the grooming device here, handy as they are open 7 days a week. However they do charge a surcharge for weekends, which now include Thursday's and Fridays. I thought the weekend was Saturday and Sunday only! Doesn't seem fair to charge extra for the weekend which is when most working people can take their dogs in for appointments

Went this afternoon , this pet smart experience was great!!! All the employees were so friendly and helpful from the bull buffalo guy(who went completely out of his way to get me help!!) to the cashier!! I signed my pup up for training with Ken whom I must say was very very knowledgeable and confident he could help us with her behavior issues!! I walked out saying to my husband how nice and welcoming Everyone was!! I'm looking forward to starting classes soon!!! Thank you for such a great experience pet smart!!

Like the store. Staff is friendly but there are not many staff members around. Clean place. Recommended.
