I am so pissed right now!!!  Just now got back home from having made hair clipping appointments for both our hounds which have been there numerous times, however, this time we were told they could not keep them because our female had a quarter of a doggie Valium, which we were told by our vet that it would help our airdales nervousness! We were told it was the company’s policy only after getting there to drop them off. Coming from another city also; and that it was the workers integrity that was at stake. Really, if that be so, then maybe perhaps your employees ought to discuss this fact before hand! Just FYI, maybe you ought to train your employees better beforehand!!! Very pissed and dissatisfied! This entire company will never have our business again! No food, treats, etc... which we have always bought from for the past 15 years!  NEVER again!!!  Learn how to run your business properly but it will still be too late for our return! Wouldn’t have given even one star but you had to rate them first before sharing your experience! Anywhere but there now!

I went to the PetSmart in Yukon to buy a crate for my dog on my lunch break. I had to wait awhile for someone to come check me out and that was not my issue. My issue was when someone DID show up, he apologized for the wait and my response was "Oh its no problem sir." (Even though I was in a rush but I work in customer service and nothing is worse then a cranky customer) He then rudely corrected me and said he was not a sir. I have no issue with you identifying as whatever you want but DO NOT be rude to someone because you decided to identify as a different gender.

This store is well stocked but I wish they would build one in my town! I always stop by when in Yukon and pick up a treat for my dogs. The prices are about the same as other pet stores.

Reliable place to find my normal food in the size bag I need. Sometimes you have to ask the associate to check store room.

Helpful staff, they had a santa. Love that you can bring your pets in. We left to go get our Rottie, and shop with him. Loved it.
