Employees here are wonderful! They seem to  genuinely care about your pet but arent pushy if you don't need help (know exactly what you're looking for). Also I love the rescue groups being there on Saturdays. You can still come in for just a bag of food if you need but it's also such an experience to talk to all of the rescues and meet their adoptables! Always a pleasant experience going in when this is happening

This store was ridiculous. I went to this location to return something I had bought at a different location by my job and even though I had my original  receipt they refused to return my item and told me I had to go back to the original store where I bought the item. And may I add that no where on the receipt does it say that return items need to be returned at original purchase location. This is why people shop at  petsmart... Waste of time.

This is my favorite pet store. The prices aren't super cheap, but it's worth it. It is the cleanest pet store I have ever seen, and the animals were all healthy and happy (including the fish, which is rare). None of the animals paced or looked stressed, and the fish section was not gross/ containing a bunch of dead fish. The staff were all knowledgeable and super friendly, and even knew the names of multiple customers' dogs when they walked in. Furthermore, it had the brand of cat food that I get that I can't always find!
