Today was the second time my online order was not ready, even though it was supposed to be in one hour or less. What's the point of ordering online if it's not ready for pick up? The store was not busy either so no there was no excuse. I was able to pull the items faster than the store employees were. It's also crazy how the online prices are better than the store prices! I recommend going to the Copperfield location where my orders are always ready!!

Ms.Sue is always A Pleasure at Helping me with Anything ! I don't know who has taken over MGMT ,I was one of the first customers in the Bunker Hill Store and I must admit in the past Year the Store has gone down Hill , Stock isn't kept up at all ! And I will not Board my Dog any Longer ! I walked in the door today and it Stunk !! I was in Shock ! With all the Good Employee's leaving and I do know that for a fact , I asked for a bag of Dog Food and the Guy said they didn't have any more, I found it on a Display myself 5 min Later today after I put the other bag down. And told him where the product was ! I'm not sure what is going on with that Store ? But someone with Corporate Needs to come down and see it for themselves ! And Ms.Sue needs to be commened C.S.

Love the store & it's very close to home. However, the staff is inexperience with being discreet when following suspicious customers around the store. I've been here for the 4th time for cat food and each isle I walk down, a staff member comes pretending to stock the shelves as they speak on their earpiece as if they are secret service. I wasn't upset since I always plan to purchase my items. I am a male nurse so ignorants is something I'm familiar with & I believe the problem at this location is no diversity!
