Extremely disappointed with the quality of grooming my dog received yesterday.  I asked for a flea dip and he came home with no improvement.   His nails were not clipped--and his paws had chunks of old mud below.  My dog didn't look dirty when I dropped him off--I wonder if they simply brushed him and called it a day! Unfortunately I didn't realize the condition of my dog until I brought him home.  

When I brought him in I was told that dog bathes were free for the day , but I simply had to pay for extra add ons--which I did. That was a nice surprise --a first for us--but I would have gladly paid full price had I known my dog would not have been groomed properly. 

Unacceptable!

OMC! We were in Horrible traffic due to floods but the staff was amazing!  I hadn't  been to that location before and truly didn't expect to get the spectacular assistance with the stress full time from #Hurricane Harvey.  Being from an opposite side of the city, their staff was very comforting.  And they had what I needed!! 🐈

I wish I have read another grooming review before I took my two babies in for bath. 
When we came in, the groomer told us they have time to brush their face and clean Sanitary area with additional cost of $10-$15. By that time I have started wondering and thinking those should have been included into the bath so we told them doing bath is fine. 
When we picked up my dogs, one still has the tear stain is on and it looks like they didn't clean their faces at all. So we got back in and asked, a lady over there explained they are not cleaning those and recommend a product for us to  buy cleaning by ourselves. We got out and double check my dogs - nail didn't get trimed at all, still have the dirt as they went to daycare same day most of time staying at outside playing, sanitary area has yellow stains, didn't get pad shaved or scissoring feet.
The service I got here is absolutely not as what Petsmart website stated for bath. It should includes Oxygen-infused bath with shampoo & blow dry, 15-minute brushing, Nail trim, Ear cleaning, hair removal & flushing (if needed), Scissoring feet & pad shaving, Sanitary trim, Anal gland cleaning.
