Usually no problem at this petco. Certain people can put a very bad taste in your mouth to where you avoid a particular location. Chris happened to be that employee on 8/31 around 5:30 p.m.

I understand work can be long and tiring. I was kind the whole time and apologized for delay in my phone looking up my rewards. I pull up the page and am unsure about how to get them loaded on and he literally told me "oh well I don't know what to tell you" 
Okay? I thought you worked here, I'm tryng to show you my points. No help. He made it so I wasn't able to use my (2) separate rewards. I later figured out how to load them and need to use them quick before they expire. More money to spend when I wasn't  needing too yet. 

Disappointing. I'll avoid this location for my two dogs from now on.

Worst customer service of any store I have been in EVER!!  I went in to get a dog crate.  I didn't see the one advertised so I stood in line to ask. I told the cashier I saw a crate online and wanted to know if they had it available. He tells me that  "I don't know, you can check.  The crates are over there".  I had to laugh, so I wouldn't get angry, and told him I was asking because I didn't see it on the aisle.  His response "I don't know".  The manager was busy doing inventory and couldn't/wouldn't help.  The one person who was working already had customers waiting for her.  The only person who actually showed an interest in what I needed was the woman there for pet adoptions.  My advice go across the street to PetSmart and you will find several employees willing to assist a customer.

Sometimes understaffed, but the people who work here are top notch. The only problem is sometimes you have to wait for assistance if the store is busy. 

Fish tanks are clean, small animals are clean and well cared for, the floors are always clean. 

They just had a remodel so it's even nicer than before.

My dog did NOT want to have her nails done and the groomer took his time and worked with her to get it done! He went way above and beyond. Customer service with all employees is the BEST!
