My wife brings our dogs here every once in a while for baths and nail clips. Our dogs can be very skittish even with us. Fortunately the young lady named Kimberly in charge of the baths was very patient with them. She helped us out by calling our vet and when we didn't realize the shots were outdated. Which I think we should be reminded of when its getting close to expiring. The salon was a little dirty when we walked in but the awesome customer service from everyone made up for it.

I created an account just to let you know how good this place is. the staff is really frendly. They really made my dog super comfortable in the gromming salon i recomend Kimberly for baths. Ask for her

Asked about a dog food. Couldn't find so the employee asked the "store director". First he told me the brand didn't exist (it does, my dog has been eating it for years), then was rude with the comment that just because I've gotten it there before and every other primary doesn't mean the have it. He was rude and dismissive. So happy I don't live near this one anymore. I will never visit again.

The grooming salon did an amazing job on my dog. Would go again 10/10.

I took my two long hair dogs here for grooming, and I won't be returning again. They both received baths and trims, and first of all they are exorbitantly overpriced for the quality of work. The haircuts are alright, but their fur is uneven in several places on each one,  and there is still matted fur in one of my dogs tails that they completely ignored! Also they did not trim the nails, which is supposed to be included. All in all not terrible, but the staff seemed somewhat inexperienced and definitely not as professional as they should be for the prices they charge.
