Everything seems to be working perfectly.  I believe his name is Andy who did  most of the work.  Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with.  The water valve controlling the shutoff for all the water in the house was not completely turned back on which was why my water pressure was not good.  Works fine since I turned it back to full on.  

John was such a joy.  Thanks to all of your crew.  Such a surprise to have Robin and General Manager come out to check to make sure everything was okay.  Thanks again.

Called on a whim to see if they delt with domestic gas lines and was immediately met with knowledge on potential causes and fixes to my problem by the sweet woman that answered the phone. She was able to have a gentleman at my house within 2 hours. After only a few minutes the gentleman promptly told me with a smile that he could most definitely remove the gas line for me and with exceptional ease as well as very little clean up after the fact. 30 minutes later and a good conversation and the gas line is gone and I’m able to continue my remodel construction. Peterson knocked it out of the park with some highly knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly staff that swooped in and saved the day in the midst of the holidays.

Discovered a water leak on around noon on Saturday. Called Peterson and they responded quickly. They were able to fix the leak as well as take care of some other issues including the furnace. Everyone who was involved in fixing the problems were very professional and personable. Very satisfied with everything they did.

They are very professional, friendly and courteous. They call when on their way. They work hard to get the job done. They take the time to talk to the customer to explain what needs to be done and make sure that no question is left unanswered. Will definitely contact again if future needs arise.
