Every time I go into Petland Davie I have an amazing experience! The staff is always so helpful with their knowledge of animals and training of dogs. Recently I noticed they had renovated the store, which looks amazing. From what I've seen, the store is very clean and extremely sanitary; even smells incredible, which I'm sure is difficult when working with animals. I took home my beautiful German Shepherd baby from a Petland in the past and have had nothing but happiness, healthiness and an overall amazing experience with the newest member of my family! The process was more than easy (I financed my puppy) and she is now my emotional support animal! The way the staff members speak to customers and other employees is super inviting and friendly. I will DEFINITELY be visiting for a long time and bringing home the next member of my family in the future!

It was our first time in the store and right away everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service from everyone from the start. We weren't looking for a specific puppy but Brandon was quick to help us in which one was our perfect fit. He was very patient and informed us about everything we needed to know about the care, training classes and healthcare about the beautiful dachshund we fell in love with. We couldn't be happier with our new doggy and the efficiency of the store and it's staff.

First time coming to Petland it was a wonderful experience. Right away I found the dog that I wanted, I was able to see her right away. Brandon helped me out he told me all the information that I needed. I was kind of a pain but he helped me out with what was the best option for me. He was very patient and kind and had really good customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I was able to go home with the dog I fell in love with.

Very professional, staff was knowledgeable. we wound up searching a few other places and we just always felt like we were being oversold. when we got here it was a relaxed environment. After we purchased the dog they also gave us all the information we needed about how to take care of the specific breed

our visit was awesome and we are very pleased with our new family member. Brandon was incredible and took his time with us. We definitely would recommend Petland davie especially Brandon
