Adrianna was really great from start to finish. Took the time to show my Wife and I different pups and showed us the patience we needed to make our decision. She is a great asset to Petland and if your looking for a pet she is the one to see. Very nice atmosphere.....Great job Petland and a special thank you to Adrianna.

I have to agree with N Charmaine. Customer Service was eh. When you are spending 4000 or 5000 up for a dog, customer service should be an A+ BUT they just grouped around, I did not feel the warm and cozy. Or feel like a special customer.. It was drab. I would have greeted customers with a HI, WELCOME, HOW CAN WE HELP. What kind of dog do you see yourself happy with and why?? nothing just eh.

Beautiful puppy, excellent customer service and wonderful health plans. My only issue is the price but you get what you pay... So overall, I just added my new son to the family. Very happy customer.

Nice little place to look for a puppy/dog. Small selection. The name stickers for each dog could be more detailed. Employees are very eager to SELL you a dog but when you say let me think about it or sleep on it they will walk away (The manager) however the one young man that helped us was very attentive, Luke and gave us his undivided attention. Shop around more and check for better prices and offers as well.

Staff was amazing and explained everything to me in detail and continuously asked if I had questions. I have not complaints about my experience and got to bring home my adorable puppy with no money down thanks to their financing options! Thank you Petland!
