The owner spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right product and foods to try for my dog! She was so knowledgeable about he products and was so helpful! She makes her own treats and baked goods for dogs! They even have CBD treats and all sorts of specialty things and carry the healthiest natural products for you pet! I’m a customer for life now! 💚 thank you so much!

The only grooming place for my picky dog, as she hates getting wet and the groomers at Hap-E-Dog understand and treat her gently during her baths and brushing sessions. The staff are so friendly, and the store also gas a great selection of treats, food, supplies, etc. for your furry friends.

I went to yout salon yesterday with Wiggles yesterday at 9:53 am.. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I dropped him off and how long and thr girl behind the counter said 2 to 3 hours.. I told we are headed to breakfast and she have a good breakfast and we left.  We returned to pick up Wiggles at 1 pm.  The same girl was behind the counter said he's not ready and it would be another hour and half. I asked why and she started to get arguementative with me. She said i didnt check u in at 10:53 am . i said no 9:53 she no i checked the clock and i penciled you in at 10:53 am. I was extremely upset and told her I will never come to this place again, worst place.  We came back at 2:00 to pick up Wiggles and the same lady told another girl with short dark hair to go get our DOG ehile she charged me $47.00.. I did not say anything i just paid the money...I girl comes out with alittle white dog and hand it to me.  I looked at it and said this isn't my dog..she said yes it is and I Said no it isn't. This not Wiggles.. Right at that point they realized that they had done this dog first and Wiggles had been in a cage since 9:54 and no one had done his cut... By this time i had to wait another 30 minutes for Wiggles and Wiggles was not happy either.  I could see him through the glass and they were rushing to get him done and he was shaking.. First they did not do what I asked.. Puppy cut, did not cut fur on his head, tail, feet.. They also did not do fis dewclaw either.  I could do a better job then those girls.. I have been  coming to this shop for many  years and I have never been treated so badly as I was yesterday.. I will never go there again..  As a matter of fact I would appreciate a refund of $47.00 because they did not do what were suppose to do and treated me and Wiggles terrible.. Very unprofessional in my eyes and I was not alone either Acouple of days later I received a call from the owner who applogized and said that the girl had told her what she had done. She said. I know who you and I know that you had Trixie snd that you have been coming there for along time.. She credited me back the $47.00 and also gave me a credit of $47.00 on Wiggles next Grooming... That was a reasonable jesture on their part.... Thank you for resolving this issue.but I am still hesitate whether i will go there again...   .  Nancy Obie
