So glad to have this store. I've had dogs my entire life. All rescues. Prices and selection plus assistance are fantastic. We love the "Dog for Dig" program. High healthy quality food. Your purchase provides food for shelter dogs. Great feeling, and not over priced.

I love the store for supplies, but I was looking at starting an aquarium again. I went to look at fish stock last week and there were countless dead fish in many of the tanks. It was horrible! Lots of dead and sickly fish. So much for the idea..... I was going to really throw down some money, but not to a place with a horrible stock! Looks like there needs to be someone a lot more knowledgeable in the aquatic department....

The people who work at PetSmart are friendly, helpful, and most importantly care about animals. They show true interest in pets and animals in general. The products in the store are neatly displayed and easy to find. I always enjoy bringing my dog in because she is warmly greeted even though she isn't super friendly. The store is clean and the atmosphere is open and welcoming. A nice place to shop.
