I always have great customer service from knowledgeable staff here. I would like to point out specifically an associate by the name of Dan. He is so nice, helpful, and seems to genuinely enjoy his job, and the customers he interacts with!! Excellent service! Keep up the great work, Dan! These are the little things that keep people like myself shopping here, and only here for pet supplies!

Laura has groomed my oldest dog for over 6 years, and my middle dog for over 5 years.  I have never once had an issue.  Love, love this place!  Just got our 3rd addition and she will see Laura very soon.  Thank you for the exceptional job!!!

Very friendly staff.  They are always quick at the groomers and my dog loves coming in to pick out treats and toys after.

I've been there a couple times for my dog to get shaved and every time my dog is nipped and they don't even tell me, at least when your customers before handing off the dog.

They shaved my 7month old puppies nippers off at the groomers there.. and they feel they did nothing wrong. I will never be going back
