I got my dog groomed and I’m not one to bash anyone, I just felt there wasn’t good customer service. And also they didn’t really do what I wanted at all my dog is shaved like a poodle, and also they cut her head uneven and it’s really annoying when your spending 80$ for it. I personally wouldn’t take my dog back, I was specific on what I wanted and didn’t get that.

Watch your loved dogs while being groomed. Glad they have see through Windows though, still have waiting crates behind closed doors. Just be careful.

Management is out of touch. We came in and bought a hamster for my daughter three days ago. We bought everything the hamster could possibly need and then some. By the end of our visit it was nearly $100, which is fine, we don’t mind the prices even though we could have easily spent our money elsewhere and had it stretch a little farther. When it came to buying the food I was urged to keep the hamster on the food it was already used to in store “oxbow.” The only problem there was the store was entirely out of stock. The gentleman that helped us with the purchase assured us an order was coming in, gave us the food that was in his cage and told us it would last at least a week. 2 days later the hamster ate all of the “weeks supply” so I came to buy a bag of oxbow and they were still out of stock. I explained the situation to 2 sales associates and asked for another small cup of food until the order came in the next day. When one of them asked a manager she came back to deliver the message (the manager couldn’t be bothered) and told me that the manager said they couldn’t help me because the first cup of food was a courtesy and I had to buy it from that point out. Which I wouldn’t mind IF IT WAS ON THE SHELF AND AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE. She told me I could drive all the way to surfside because their shelves were stocked. I’m not driving all the way to surfside and wasting gas and more time over hamster food. I had other items for purchase in my hand. I put them down and took my business to Walmart. It’s a shame. I have been a loyal customer to petsmart for 20 years. We had plans for ferrets, grooming appointments for our dogs and more. I will gladly continue my business elsewhere where I can be treating like a paying customer and not a beggar asking for scraps of hamster food..

The problem probably has to do with them being understaffed with employee's and overstaffed with fish. Too many to take care of. We got four African Dwarf Frogs (One of them being one that we exchanged for a new one due to the sickly features), and then when we woke up one of the frogs were dead. It wasn't our water because we got it tested the same day we bought the frogs. Or so we thought? Did they even know what they were talking about? Who knows? I just don't trust em. I'll just stick to buying rocks here.
