I've been taking my 2 Australian shepherds to be groomed by Jana for about 4 years now. I trust no one else. My dogs are my kids and she treats them how i do. She understands the cuts I ask for and walked me through everything each time I asked for something different. She has pointed out spots on my dogs that I hadn't noticed and i was able to fix promptly. I recommend her to all my friends. Jana is very gently and slow with my VERY nervous dog and she is the only one who he will let groom him. Hands down the best

We have visited this store theee times in the last couple of months. The service is nonexistent, the employees are only somewhat helpful IF you ask, and no one has thanked me for my purchases. 
It's very unfortunate to see the disparity between this Petco, and other pet supply stores; we will not return.

Took my two Chihuahuas up to the store for nail trimming/grinding. Kelly was very professional and listened to me explain the fact that my dogs have long quicks in some of their nails. She trimmed and ground their nails perfectly and was kind to my dogs. I would absolutely recommend her and the store, and I will be going back for dog food and to get my dogs nails trimmed. 🐾🐾

Great customer service!! We took our two dogs to  get their vaccination . We waited a little longer than I anticipated, but it worth it. Great people with a lot care for our dogs!!

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Went in to return 2 items thinking it'd be quick and easy seeing I had the same card I purchased the items online with, the receipt with order # pulled up in my email, and the receipt that was given to me in the package. Not only did they tell me I couldn't get the amount on my debit card, but had to "bother" the manager (used the cell phone right infront of me and apologized the the manager as well) because neither of them front desk people knew what to do. So after about 25 minutes of doing who knows what I was finally able to receive my money back. I have never experienced this much complication with returning items WITH A RECEIPT. Never coming back here, beyond ridiculous.
