This location is close to my home and I have shopped here for at least three years on a monthly basis. All the staff are very welcoming and pleasant and understanding towards customer concerns unlike that of its rival pet store down the street. PetSmart is my preferred big name pet stores due to the prices and setups of each store location. This store in particular has helped me with many large purchases of aquarium units as well as making returns or exchanges a simple process. I have seen many young employees come and go and each employee that is brought in is always friendly and willing to learn. Overall this is a great place to shop

Was very disappointed this evening when I went to get food for my dog. I was considering a different food and looked around for someone to help me but no one could be found. I finally made a selection but was not entirely comfortable with it. I had questions. I walked to the register - still no one in sight. I told the cashier I had questions and couldn't find anyone to help me. She didn't offer any help and didn't offer to call anyone. She just told me that they had recently changed policy and fewer people are on the floor now. They were too busy doing other things to help me, a customer. Very disappointed in PetSmart. I have been a loyal customer for years. This is like a slap in the face. Now I have to find a new pet store, one that values and cares for its customers.

Everything you need for your pet! The prices are good here, and compared to what you'll find online. Staff is always friendly and upbeat, ready to help in any way that they can. Would recommend to anyone who has a pet!
