I took my shih tzu in for a haircut looked mediocre at best but didn't expect anything too good from here, he just needed a cut, however when I got home I noticed blood under his ear where the stupid inexperienced "groomer" had cut part of his ear and left it hanging there! Wtf!? Are you kidding me!? You had 1 job just a simple cut I'm not picky about it and you ended up hurting him and not telling me about it and you just left it... it looks like she cut it saw she fucked up and then just left it there.. unbelievable!!

Elaine and I took our 16 year old Yorkie here this morning to have her nails trimmed at the grooming department. The "groomer" that took Scarlet was rough with her, wanted to put a muzzle on her (she did not make a sound) and tied her up and began bending her leg back in an unnatural manner. I reminded her that Scarlet was 16 years old, deaf and almost blind and had arthritis in her legs but she continued until she cut three of her nails way too short causing her to cry and bleed. I told her to stop trimming her nails and to give her back to me. She could not have cared less and said she was not finished. I told her she WAS finished and took my dog back. There should be some type of training required of these alleged groomers before they further injure other people's loved ones!! UNBELIEVABLE. INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Review done by Elaine Redfearn. We will never go back to this torture chamber! KATIE is the name of the groomer that you want to make absolutely certain that you never let her near your animal. Not only did I have blood all over my white shirt but I had blood all over my car too!!!!! Where do these kind of animal haters come from. And further why does PETSMART hire them?
