My kids love our weekly trip! We go for our dogs favorite food, but we also visit any cats they are hosting, all the birds, lizards, and mice! Staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is always clean! They also have a wonderful team of groomers!

Helpful and friendly employees. Except, the person that checked out dog in for day camp was irritated we were there. Not sure I will bring her back, bad impression for first time client. Good selection of stuff for all my pets.

I don't have a lot to compare a pet store to, but this one is closest in our neighborhood and the one my wife frequents. One thing I can comment on, however, is that the grooming services are good. We utilize them for trimming our dachshund's nails and they do a great job. There is also a dog daycare center there and although we haven't utilized it, I feel it is great if you have a well adjusted dog you need to have someone watch for a day or so.

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog and set it up where she'd go to daycare the rest of the afternoon once her grooming is done. Unfortunately my dog didn't get a chance to go to daycare, but was still charged for a half day at daycare. However, Joanna called me about 30 minutes after checking with the daycare staff and apologized since she didn't actually go to daycare and gave me a free full day of daycare. I just wanted to say thanks again. The entire PetSmart staff does such a great job taking care of our dog!

Honestly, i love the amount of attention and care that seems to go into taking care of the animals they sell. They're typically all active and healthy. Although some of the younger employees they meet can be rude, and don't seem to care about animals in the slightest, making me wondering why they would even apply or why anyone would hire someone with no customer service skills and no interest in the animals they handle.
