Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who helped us with a cat adoption process on a very busy day. Great coupon book with good deals on all the essentials when you adopt a pet. Prices for heavy items (litter/generic brands of food) are better than Amazon.

I am so absolutely impressed with this store. I ordered an aquarium online for in-store pickup. Upon entering GE greeted me promptly. I asked him how I could go about picking up an online order. He took my ID, pulled the order up on a handheld tablet, and went to grab it for me. I walked in and walked back out in less than 5 minutes. Very impressed. I definitely recommend the Roseville PetSmart store.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Never take your dog to be groomed here, they overbook clients and end up rushing to get the dog done. I personally am a groomer myself and I have never caused any dogs under my care to have razor burn. I took my dog here 3 times and never again will I allow them to touch him at all. He ended up with a severe infection on his genitals from them razor burning him really bad. They also aren't properly informed of service dogs and the ADA federal laws. I like the head manager that was there last year she was great and had trained service dogs before and was kind and listened to the customers. But I don't know if she is there anymore. There is one particular worker who was rude and I will no longer be buying anything from them.

I was looking for a harness for my large size dog. I tried the harness on him but having some "technical" difficulties so I asked for help. Everyone was super friendly and wanting to help but no one knew anything about harnesses. The other reason I'm only giving them a four star is because I bought a dental care kit for my dog andI saw the exact one at a competing pet supply store for $5 cheaper. PetsSmart had a larger selection though if you're picker.
