10 am grooming appt scheduled 1 month in advance 5 hours later still not done and the excuse is saturdays are busy! Will not return!

We always take our dog to PetSmart for grooming but today was our first day taking her to this location. The girl who checked her in seemed incompetent and we almost didn't feel comfortable leaving her with her. Also got charged twice as much as we usually do at our PetSmart. Don't know if this location overcharged us or if our usual location just gives us a good deal.

I've tried applying to work at this particular Petsmart 3different times over 2-3 years. First time, I did get an email saying I did not live up to their needs - no problem. Over a year later, after being in college, working, building confidence, I reapplied again - nothing. Over a year after that, I reapplied under a new account, for a different position, with more experience with pets, and general customer service experience - again, nothing. I'd like to not have to try Petco, but I just may, because I already can't rely on this company WITHOUT being their employee, so how could I ever believe I'll be able to rely on them AS AN employee. Forget that!

I used take my dog here for bath and nail grinding. I went in like usual and saw two young ladies, one was with a dog, the other on the computer. When I asked if they could get Daisy started the girl on the computer stated that there wasn't anyone in today to bathe the dogs.. I said there's two of you here and you can't give my dog a bath? She then said "that's not our position here and you'll have to wait till the dog bather get back on Wednesday" are you kidding? Nothing but laziness from the women in the grooming department. I took my dog to petco and haven't had anything like this. Take your beloved animals elsewhere. This place is a joke.

I have a Portuguese Water Dog who needs quite a bit of grooming. This place was great. Jessica is so helpful, nice and good to Zeppelin. He always looks better if we take him to her.
