BUYER BEWARE! This store will not refund ANYTHING, not even store merchandise! We purchased a ball python from this business earlier in 2017, and sometimes purchase feeder rats there as well. We have had no problems with the snake. This business is fair as far as stock and selection. The store is usually clean. The staff is usually friendly, for the most part. However, it is unsettling that they will not do a refund for merchandise, especially since their prices are so high. My husband had to run in to buy the next size up of rats ("large") for our son's ball python, while I waited in the car with our other son, who is disabled. My husband purchased the rats without realizing that the price for them was incredibly high. Also, as my husband is legally blind, he did not (could not) see the "NO REFUNDS" sign. When I tried to return the feeder rats, they would not refund my money. BE SURE YOU WANT WHAT YOU BUY FROM THEM.

I went there for the first time today expecting the worst. It was much, much worse than I expected. Imagine an old lady who hoards animals... Well that pretty much sums it up. Their puppies, birds, reptiles, and arachnids we're all in the same 200 square foot vicinity. There was a sick, if not dead Savannah monitor. Their scorpions and tarantulas were not only kept in the same place, but stacked on top of each other in little deli cups. A few of the tarantulas were dead.They were housing a bunch of different species together. They had puppies in plastic containers with rodent waterers for drinking, and the containers smelled like death. As if the conditions the animals were kept in weren't bad enough, then I look at the prices and it's very clear to me that they're not concerned with anything but making money off of these animals. I would not suggest getting a pet from here. It will probably be sick and even if it isn't, who would want to give money to this kind of place?

Great store with wonderful staff! We came in looking for a puppy and left with a wonderful addition to our home. Clay (owner) and his staff were very helpful and friendly to our family. Highly recommended

I've been in this store regularly getting pet supplies and letting my Little girl look at the different animals. The staff are always cleaning and it shows. Joe, though always busy stops to help me every time I come here and I recently met the owner helping the staff take care of the animals while I was there. Clay was real helpful and knowledgeable! Don't take my word go on down and let them help ya. Just be patient cause it's a full time job cleaning up after all those beautiful critters!!

This place is the F $@%#king worst. We got a puppy from there. It had worms. Which caused health issues so 300 dollars later we get her taken care of. Come to find out they lied about the breed and where we are renting doesn't allow big dogs which what we thought would be a 35 pound full grown dog ends up being a 100 pound dog. Had to get rid of her to not get kicked out. Not the first story from them either everyone I asked later said their pet died from there because they don't take care of them. I hope their business gets it together. Also I see you're probably going to respond clay so how about no excuses because obviously other pet shops are working better. Doubt it'll happen too but I'll delete my review if I could get a refund.
