Exemplary service from start to finish. Eric's staff is extremely friendly, helpful and highly organized.
Eric's advice was on target and forthright. He did not mind me taking an active role in showing the house; in fact he encouraged me to do so.
His stated goal was to get me the best possible price. When two buyers were making offers at the same time, he played it perfectly.
After the contract was signed his staff was extremely helpful with all the details addressing the repairs needed recommending excellent and reasonable contractors and seeing to it that they provided prompt service. This is a highly organized office.

Eric & the Pfeifer team listed (& sold :)) our home on Sanibel and our experience with them was fantastic from start to finish.  Some highlights: 1) Their marketing is second to none.  They have been on the cutting edge for years in identifying innovative & highly effective tools for marketing properties (side note: we still have a copy of the awesome brochure they created for our home -- it's a great keepsake for a home that holds such special memories!)  2) Having a home on the market is tough -- especially when I was working at home full-time w/ conference calls, etc.  Eric was terrific at providing enough notice for showings & making sure the showings stayed on schedule.  Just great communication & respect for his client's time & space.  3) Speaking of communication, Eric was great about providing feedback after showings (nothing worse than getting your home ready for a showing, making yourself/ kids scarce & then hearing nothing!)  4) Completely smooth negotiations/ closing.  The bottom line -- we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell on the islands!  Although our experience was on the selling end, I can't image a better resource for someone new to the islands looking to buy!

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with the Pfeifer Realty Group.  I recently purchased property in Sanibel, Florida. Coming from out of state and not familiar with the local area, I needed some extra help.  I had a lot of questions but not a lot of time.  Eric Pfeifer and his team helped find the perfect property within my budget with only two trips to the area.  Eric and his team are knowledgeable, responsive, professional, organized and passionate about their work.  Eric is honest, always protecting the best interests of his client.  I could not have been happier with my experience with the Pfeifer Realty Group, would recommend them to anyone interesting in purchasing or selling property in his service area, and look forward to working with them on my next home purchase.

Eric and the whole Pfeifer team are very professional yet very enjoyable to work with.  We had Eric list a property and help us buy a property and were completely satisfied with both transactions.  He is very responsive, a good communicator and keeps his cool even when things become challenging.  The process of buying, selling getting a mortgage etc. is an arduous process and Eric did an excellent job of guiding us through every step of the way.  He is also a very good listener which helped to find the exact property we were looking for. I would recommend Eric to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home.
