We've rented our condo through Holly Gregor for many years. She has always worked diligently to ensure our condo is rented as much as possible, throughout the year.  She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working.  She and the Royal Shell team go out of their way to relieve all burden's associated with rental and maintenance.  All contractors recommended and approved by Royal Shell and Holly have performed as expected, within the time frame indicted, and within price quoted.  Holly and her team have always been available to check on our condo, make recommendations on necessary improvements and support the repairs.  We are so pleased with Holly and the Royal Shell team.

We have been very pleased with our experience at Royal Shell Real Estate.  Holly Gregor has our unit leased for the next season before current season is over.  They have done a great job of screening our tenants and have helped us with maintenance and repair issues that are beyond our expectations.  I would recommend Royal Shell without reservation.

Holly Gregor with Royal Shell in Bonita Springs is extremely professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. Her "can do" attitude, dependability, dedication to her customers, promptness and willingness to go the extra mile makes it a pleasure to do business with her. She is the best in the real estate industry.

Holly Gregor at Royal Shell is AHA-mazing! She is the rarest find; she genuinely cares about the client and their overall experience. Her professionalism and thoroughness put her in a caliber above the rest. She puts the "REAL" in real estate!
