We worked with Derek Anderson of White Sands Realty Naples and thought he was fantastic!  He knows everything there is to know about South Florida.  He worked to understand all that we wanted and was patient as we considered many options.  Moreover, Derek is really personable and a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend Derek as a realtor!

We recently bought a condo on the ocean in Naples, and worked with Derek Anderson.  Derek did an exceptional job and we would highly recommend him!  We did know Derek before hand, and he came highly recommended.  

We live in the Midwest, and wanted a condo on the beach in Naples.  Derek made the process of finding the right property extremely easy.  He did an excellent job researching different properties, and educated us to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the different areas and properties in and around Naples.  We flew into Naples on a number of weekends, and Derek would pick us up. We would then tour many properties in one or two days in a very efficient manner.  

After reviewing everything on the market that met our needs, we settled on a property. Derek helped us negotiate a fair price based upon market conditions, which ultimately the buyers accepted.  He also took care of numerous other details, including finding appropriate inspectors and contractors as needed.  

Many real estate agents "dabble" in real estate and don't treat it like a profession, or they are constantly just trying to get you to buy something to get their commission.  We never felt like Derek was trying to pressure us in any way, and he only wanted us to find the right property.  He often would recommend against certain properties due to negative things he was aware of about the property or the area, that we weren't aware of.  

Derek truly handles his business as a professional, and takes exceptional care of his customers.  We could not have been more pleased with Derek, and we would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Naples, Florida.

Thanks to Jamie Henry of White Sands Realty. She is a true professional in her ability and knowledge of the real estate business. Jamie, based on my criteria,found a condo for me in one day on my visit to southwest Florida. We made the deal the next day and I have never been happier. Since I live out of state we had to do the transaction over the Internet and she walked me through ithe process without any issues. Jamie has also been so helpful in setting up contractors to make minor painting issues and cleaning services for me till I get down to Florida next summer. Jamie is also helping me decorate the condo with her input, an I truly appreciate her effort and genuine concern to see the job fully done. She is excellent and I couldn't have found a better realtor.  Wes Bonner. Sandwich il. Teacher

Jamie Henry was great to work with, she was very knowledgeable and honest regarding the area and the details of the home we leased. She always responded quickly and accurately and was willing to answer my questions even after we moved in. I would recommend her to anyone buying, selling or leasing a home!!!
