Magnum Cooling and Plumbing does plumbing, drain cleaning, cooling and heating for property mangers in the southwest Florida area.  Royal Shell is one of our best customers!  In particular it has been my pleasure to work closely with Lindsey Bergey, the maintenance coordinator for annual rentals.  She is very professional and provides detailed information in a prompt manner.   Royal Shell responds promptly to tenant requests and passes the information on to us so we can quickly and efficiently complete the work necessary to solve plumbing and cooling problems as they arise.  Be sure to contact Royal Shell for all your vacation and long term rental needs as well as if you are in the market to buy or sell a home in the southwest Florida area!

RUNNNN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM  nothing but nasty people who have nothing better to do then bother people.  From the start of all this was nothing but issue even the guy quit in the middle of my application. COMPANY SUCKS!!!! Nickle and Dime People and don't listen to what the move out inspector says you will get told more things even after you sign the paperwork. Michelle has no clue what she is doing no customer what so ever. Pretty much told me the move out inspections is nothing even when move out guy said everything was fine with my house but nope. RUN FAR AWAY

My experience with Royal Shell truly exceeded my expectations!!! I find all the agents and staff extremely professional, knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

There Agent michelle  has no Experience or knowledge of about real estate and the house and Some weird look when we ask question.
Rude to us if we ask to lower the price.
