Not pleased! My husband has bought ALL his work boots at PFI and his jeans . He has given them business over the pay 16+ years We had bought jeans spending $150 or better on two pair about a month ago. The sales guy talked him into buying up a size . When my husband got home and tried them on, they were too big! He left ALL the tags on, including the price tag that says $69.99 We go back today to exchange them for his size and they tell us first of all that they don’t do sales on cinch jeans... then she informs us that they ring up at $39.99 because they’re ON SALE?!? Um what? So she says that we have to pay what’s left which is a good $30+.... this was an ExCHANGE!! We left all the tags on the original jeans and just wanted the right size... super unhappy and will NOT be going back unless they make this right! VERY displeased with their customer service...

Great store amazing selections of everything. Every sales woman was prettier than the last one. We had a short but very nice conversation with the owner on our way out. He was very nice,personable just a great experience

Love the store and love the employees. Great selection on boots for men women and children. My whole family owns a pair of boots now thanks to PFI Western store. Let's not forget their hoodies... May be a little expensive but they are warm soft and cozy. Worth every penny

Bought my first pair of nice looking boots. Second day the sole shredded on the left boot from a sharp rock. No exchange for the same boots but they said they'll send it to fix. So far I'll say very bad business ethics. We'll see where it goes from here. There has to be other companies selling the same products with better ethics.

Best place in town for western wear, and so much more. Great products, friendly and competent employees! Would highly recommend.
