Just made my first purchase from the uptown online and was happy they offer in store pick up so you don’t have to pay shipping! I live out of town but come to spfld often so being able to shop online is huge for me! And having a little one, the in store pick up or free shipping on orders over $75 is nice so you don’t have to try and shop with a youngster. Definitely will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys!

This boutique has appealing clothes, but they are not worth the money that they try to sell them for. They also do not have a good return policy. A majority of things I've gotten from there have gotten holes in them, even after only one wash. Envy is more preferable and reasonable.

Just make sure you think about what you're buying before you buy it when going there

I was excited to shop here after learning about it from some friends; However when I did shop I happen to wear a sweater bought at another boutique that they also sold. Upon check out the ladies working thought that I had shoplifted it. It felt extremely uncomfortable and to make matters worse it was in front of my daughter. I even called and spoke with the manager and got barely an apology. I will not be spending my money at the store again!

Customer service is very poor. Girls at counter not very friendly and seem very uninterested in helping and more interested in their phones or each other. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere, somewhere with better customer service for sure.

My experience here was subpar. The girls at the counter seemed more interested in talking than helping me find an outfit or ask if I needed anything while in the fitting room. As someone who works in retail, they did not provide outstanding customer service. I will be taking my money elsewhere, unfortunately.
