Todd helped me move my apartment for my final PCS. Very friendly guy and extremely professional. (Even put up with my obnoxious dog) the whole job took about two hours and he was down one person so that was pretty impressive. I would definitely recommend this company.

David, Andre, and Mike moved our household goods in yesterday and did a fantastic job. They were easy to work with, personable, and speedy. Everything was offloaded in just a few hours and they took special care to make sure everything was placed where we wanted it. Would recommend them in the future

We hired this company to help us move our belongings (packed by a different company) into storage. They showed up on-time and were very helpful. They were extremely fast and efficient in packing the truck. The problems start when they break something. I witnessed a mover using his back to carry four medium sized boxes stacked on top of each other. He lost his balance, and two of the boxes dropped from head height, right in front of me. He picked them up, and started to put them on the truck. If I hadn't been there, I would never have known they were dropped. I told him I needed to inspect the boxes, and noticed that they were all labeled, in permanent marker "Ceramics, very fragile". Oh crap. Inside were multiple 15 inch Christmas figurines, made by my wife's mother for her that my wife has had for over 25 years. Three were smashed beyond repair. I was told that the lead mover would talk to his boss and get back with me the next day. By 3pm the next day, no call, so I called them. I was told they would call me back. A half hour later, I received a call telling me that because of the difficulty of putting a value on my wife's figurines, they would offer us $30 compensation, or $10 per item. They made sure to point out that this was more than they were legally bound to compensate. REALLY? $10 each for 25 year old 15 inch custom made ceramic figurines? I told them that the offer was insulting. They told me that was all they could do. I refused the offer. 10 minutes later, they called back, and offered $40 per figurine, or $120. I told them that the figurines were irreplaceable, and had been on display for 25 years. I told them I thought $100 per piece was reasonable, especially because the boxes were clearly marked (I have pictures) as fragile, the guy was carrying them four high, and dropped them from five feet high. They flat refused and told me I was being unreasonable. They are fast, and relatively cheap, but beware, if they break your stuff, you'll have nothing but headaches.
