Huge Improvement! Actually, I had a not so great experience with Neighbors in 2010.  Last week a friend of mine was moving and she told me she had hired them.  I tried to tuck her out of it, and showed her some bad reviews I had seen on the web, but it was too late.  So, I decided to be present the day they were supposed to arrive, and I was ready to argue. I had to eat up my words, because they were just a few minutes late, well prepared, and there was no inconvenience at all. Then I checked out the reviews in a couple of places and realized the bad reviews are old, from 2 or 3 years ago.  I guess they have been stepping it up lately, and I think I would probably give them a second chance.

Do not use this company.  They broke our wood dining table leg off and said that it was already loose.  They broke a lamp and said it was that way when they saw it.  They scratched wood items and did a terrible job of putting our bed back together - it was loose and had to be re-done.  They didn't offer to protect the newly refinished wood floors in our home.  In the end, the money we thought we were saving was gone in "fees" that were not provided in the quote.  

If you want all of your belongings crammed into a truck with no regard for their safekeeping and potentially broken items and then to be charged more than you expected - then this would be the company for you.

Please don't use this company! They told me in order to secure the $96 per hour rate, I would need to put down a $100 deposit that was refundable. They told me I could get a full refund if I canceled at least a week before my scheduled move. I called and canceled almost 3 weeks before my scheduled move and they refused to refund my money. The owner was VERY rude and arrogant. These people will say anything in order to get your money. They also have a horrible rating with the "Better Business Bureau". I also filed a complaint against them with the BBB and neighbors moving was non-compliant and didn't respond. I'm in the process of going to small claims court in order to get my money back. Please take my word and don't use this company.

I appreciated the work the Colorado moving Company crew did. There's no words to express how thankful I am. they moved my two bedroom from third floor with no elevator and nothing got broken. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COLORADO SPRING MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE. .

Stay Far Far Away... I would recommend that you try any other moving company.  Neighbors Moving and Storage gave us a quote for an entire move of "probaby $1,300... no more than $1,500."  When all was said and done, we had a broken washer, a broken dryer, ripped sofa, and grease stains all over the rest of our furniture.  The final amount that we ended up paying Neighbors for all of this excellent work...? $3850... This company is a complete joke, and the idea that they could ever win an award for "Best Movers in the Colorado Springs Area" is completely laughable.  I would recommend you stay far away... no matter how good of a quote they give you.
