Thank you!! You helped make a difficult, and at times overwhelming, move so much easier!!! Our crew - Ritchie, Erik, Robbie and Drew have such positive attitudes. Their energy helped carry us through until it was done and we were packed and ready to go. They are honest, thoughtful, encouraging, hardworking and brought such great energy to the process that we even found ourselves having fun. It was remarkable. Thank you again!! The 3 gentleman that moved us were amazing!  They went above and beyond  for me and my children.  When I wanted to break down and cry, they took over and had the kids laughing and feeling so much better.  They went over everything in detail and made sure I understood the entire possess.  I would recommend them to EVERYONE!  I ABSOLUTELY will tell everyone to use them!!

We have used them before to move from a storage area to our apartment with nothing but wonderful thoughts about our experience. However, my sister recently lost her husband and I was helping to move furniture that she couldn't take to her new home. At my expense I hired them again and was given a quote of around 406.00 estimate and I get that.  1 truck 2 people 6 hours later my bill was over double. We took apart the bed before hand, I explained in detail the drive time, stairs, how many pieces of furniture ( no boxes) . Be very careful of trusting any quote they give you regarding drive time and how many people should be doing your move. The two guys were great, they did scratch the wall coming down the stairs though. For 10 pieces they were trying to charge me over 900.00. Rob is very unprofessional,  short. He took off fuel charge but that was only 91 and some change.  I will not use them again, quoting initially is a big part of their draw for customers and they failed miserably.

Everyone I dealt with at this stressful time of moving was upbeat and professional.  My last experience using movers was many years ago and it was awful.  I was so impressed by the moving crew who worked diligently, led by crew chief Matthew, and how well they worked together. Downsizing to smaller quarters required some real problem-solving which they accomplished collaboratively.  All in all, despite some small glitches between communicating about the move, scheduling the move, and a wooden desk that did not disassemble as expected (which they repaired) it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone making a move.

Franklin & Robinson were great. Very professional and made our move go very smoothly! Couldn’t have been any better. However, our $400 estimate became  inaccurate when the final total became double at around $800. Again though, our movers did a great job. Can’t take anything away from them in that regard.
